Order Processing
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order from the moment you place it. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped out along with tracking information. You don't need to download any apps to tracking your order, the email notification you receive will contain a link to track your order with the courier.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders. Free shipping is not offered to rural locations due to courier surcharges for remote delivery. Standard delivery is within 2-7 business days. We do not ship outside of Canada and United States at this time.
Peak Periods
Our peak periods include the busy season from Canadian Thanksgiving through January 15th, as well as major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day. During these times, both processing and delivery times may be extended beyond the usual 3 to 5 business days due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• Address changes can only be accommodated before an order has shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, we are unable to guarantee address changes or rerouting, as the package is already in the courier’s system.
• If a reroute is requested after shipment, any delays, additional fees, or delivery issues imposed by the courier are outside of our control.
