Nautical wall art for life by the water
Nautical Wall Art, answered
A few practical details for choosing your nautical art.
What’s the difference between nautical and coastal art?
Nautical art usually centres on boats, sailing, or maritime subjects. Coastal art is a broader description of the sea and shoreline. Choose whichever connects with what you enjoy about being near the water.
How do I choose a print size above furniture?
Around two-thirds of the furniture’s width is a useful starting point, not a strict rule. Above an 84-inch sofa, that means about 56 inches (142 cm) for the whole arrangement, including frames and any gaps. Mark it out on the wall and compare it with the available print sizes.
Should I choose canvas, framed canvas, or HD metal?
Canvas gives artwork a soft sheen, while framed canvas adds a border in satin black, satin white, or natural wood. HD metal brings out colour and fine detail with a semi-gloss finish and works throughout the home, including living rooms, bedrooms, and offices. Its waterproof, humidity-resistant surface also makes it a good choice for bathrooms and kitchens.
Will my artwork arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Canvas and framed canvas arrive with a fitted sawtooth hanger, or wire and mounting hardware on larger sizes. HD metal has a hidden 1-inch rear frame that holds the artwork away from the wall.
How long will my print take to arrive?
Standard prints take 3–5 business days to produce; extra-large prints take 5–7. Courier transit then adds 2–7 business days. Production and delivery can take longer during peak periods.
Can I return my print if I change my mind?
No. Every piece is printed to order, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the print, packaging, and shipping label; we’ll replace it where possible or refund it if a replacement isn’t possible.
