Is the art handmade?
No, our artworks are high-quality digital prints. Wall art and custom portraits come on canvas, framed canvas or metal, and custom photo prints are also available on acrylic, framed photo prints (with or without a mat), and sherpa blankets.
Why might my artwork look slightly different than the mockup?
Great question! All our mockup images are shown using standard sizes:
• Vertical (Portrait): 24x36
• Horizontal (Landscape): 36x24
• Square: 24x24
When you choose a different size (like 11x14 or 20x30), the shape, also called the aspect ratio, can be a bit different. That means your final print may have slight changes in cropping or spacing. Don’t worry, we always adjust the artwork carefully to make sure it looks as close as possible to the version shown, keeping it centred and balanced.
Do you keep stock of the prints?
No, all prints are made to order to ensure optimal quality.
Can I request a custom size print?
Yes, please contact us to request a quote for a custom sized print.
Can the art be hung in different orientations (landscape or portrait)?
Absolutely! Art is a matter of perspective. We include all necessary hanging materials, allowing you to display the art as you prefer.

Can I see a preview before it's printed
Absolutely. If you'd like to see your piece before we print, just ask and we'll email you a preview for your OK. It's totally optional, some folks love the surprise, others want a peek first. Either way, we've got you.
What kind of photo should I send?
The clearer and higher-resolution, the better. Good lighting, in-focus faces, and a decent-sized file give us the most to work with. Blurry, dark, or tiny images can limit the final result, when in doubt, send your best shot and we'll let you know if we need a better one.
Can I choose the art style?
Yep! Each style is its own piece in our Custom Portrait Prints collection. Browse the collection, pick the style that matches your vibe, and that's the one we'll create for you. Every style gives your photo a totally different feel, so have fun with it.
Can I get more than one person or a pet in my portrait?
For sure, people, pets, the whole crew. Just upload a photo that clearly shows everyone you'd like included.
Can I change or cancel my Custom Portrait order?
Because each portrait is made just for you, you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering or any time before it enters production. Once it's in production, it's full speed ahead and can't be changed or cancelled, so review your details before you check out.
Are Custom Portraits returnable or refundable?
Since every portrait is personalized and made on demand, they're final sale, no returns, refunds, or exchanges. But if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right.
How long until I get it?

Your order will take about 3-5 business days to produce and another 3-5 days for delivery.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within Canada and USA.

Orders are shipped via different carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEX or Purolator.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Do I need to download an app to track my order?
No, you don't need to download any apps to track your order. Once your order ships out, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and link.
Why haven’t I received my order yet?
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days, please contact us.
I changed my mind about my order, what can I do?
If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, or before it enters production, please contact us immediately. Once your order is in production, it can't be cancelled.

The artwork arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damaged artwork with photos of the damage as well as photos of the packaging with the shipping label visible. We will assess and determine whether a repair or replacement is needed.
