Can the art be hung in different orientations (landscape or portrait)?
Absolutely! Art is a matter of perspective. We include all necessary hanging materials, allowing you to display the art as you prefer.

What materials are used for the prints?
Our prints are made on high-quality canvas or metal, depending on your choice.
Do all the necessities to hang the frame come with my purchase?
Yes, each canvas print comes with a sawtooth hanger and rubber gums to ensure it hangs perfectly flat against your wall.
Our metal prints come with a french cleat hanger, screws and wall anchors. You can print our hanging instructions here.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free across Canada!
What are the shipping times?
Your order will take about 3-5 business days to produce and another 3-5 days for delivery.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within Canada.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped via Canada Post.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Why haven’t I received my order yet?
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days, please contact us.
I changed my mind about my order, what can I do?
If you change your mind within 4 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

The artwork arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damaged artwork with photos of the damage. We will assess and determine whether a repair or replacement is needed.
