We do not accept returns, however, westand behind our wall art products 100% and if you are not happy with your orderplease contact us. For custom prints, due to the nature of the products printed based on an image that is provided by you the customer, we do not allow returns of customized products as they cannot be reused or resold by us.
Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)
We understand preferences can change, but as each item is printed on demand, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged/defective or there is a production error.
Damages and Issues
If your artwork or photo print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery. In the email please include:
photos of the damaged print,
photos of the packaging, and
a clear photo showing the shipping label.
Once reviewed, we’ll confirm the issue and arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we’ll issue a refund. Items must be reported in the same condition received and, where possible, kept in the original packaging for assessment.
Refunds
We stand behind our products, if there is an issue with the product we will replace the product to ensure your satisfaction. If we are unable to replace the product, we will issue a refund.
Order Cancellations
Because all our pieces are printed on demand, we begin production shortly after an order is placed.
• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, or if production has not yet started.
• Once an order has entered production or has been printed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
• If an order has already been completed and is awaiting shipment, it is considered final.
