Framed canvas photo prints that feel like yours
Custom Framed Canvas Photo Prints, answered
Files, crops, and a few details before your photo becomes a print.
Which file should I upload for my photo print?
Upload a JPG or PNG file up to 150 MB. Use the original, full-size image where possible rather than a screenshot or social-media download. We check every file and contact you before production if it looks too low-resolution for the chosen size.
How many pixels does my photo need for printing?
We print at 150 PPI at the final size: an 11 × 14-inch image needs about 1,650 × 2,100 pixels, and a 24 × 36-inch image needs about 3,600 × 5,400 pixels. The crop matters as well as the original file size. We’ll contact you before production if the file looks too low-resolution for your chosen print.
Can I check my photo’s crop before ordering?
Yes. The live product-page editor lets you pan, zoom, and rotate your photo at the chosen print ratio. Review the crop and alignment before ordering, keeping important faces and details inside the visible image area.
What does a floating frame add to a canvas print?
The canvas sits inside an Italian pine outer frame, available in satin black, satin white, or natural wood. The frame is 2 inches deep and adds roughly 2.75 inches to the listed print’s width and height. Choose the colour you like around the artwork, with the full outside size in mind.
How long will my print take to arrive?
Standard prints take 3–5 business days to produce; extra-large prints take 5–7. Courier transit then adds 2–7 business days. Production and delivery can take longer during peak periods.
Can I return a custom photo print?
No. Your photo print is made to order and is final sale. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the print, packaging, and shipping label; we’ll replace it where possible or refund it if a replacement isn’t possible.
