Snow prints for a quieter kind of view
Snow Wall Art, answered
A few practical details for choosing your winter art.
How do I choose a snow print that won’t disappear on a pale wall?
Look for contrast within the image or use an available frame that defines the edge. Pale artwork can still have interesting shadows and shapes; choose a size that makes those details easy to see.
Should I choose canvas, framed canvas, or HD metal?
Canvas gives artwork a soft sheen, while framed canvas adds a border in satin black, satin white, or natural wood. HD metal brings out colour and fine detail with a semi-gloss finish and works throughout the home, including living rooms, bedrooms, and offices. Its waterproof, humidity-resistant surface also makes it a good choice for bathrooms and kitchens.
Can I hang the prints as a pair or a group of three?
Yes, you can choose separate prints to display together. Start with 2–3 inches (5–7.5 cm) between the frames and consider their combined width. Shared colours can connect the pieces, but don’t assume they form one continuous panorama unless that is confirmed for the specific artwork.
Where are your winter art prints made?
Every print is made to order in our Toronto, Ontario studio. We print, finish, check, and ship the artwork from there, with framing handled in-house where applicable.
