Choose HD metal for bathrooms and kitchens: it is waterproof and humidity-resistant. Keep canvas and framed canvas in dry rooms, away from bathroom humidity and kitchen steam. For cleaning, use a dry, soft cloth rather than water or cleaning products.

How do I choose a print size for a bathroom?

Measure the clear wall around mirrors, cabinets, and other fittings. Mark out the dimensions of your metal print and look at the outline from the doorway or your usual seat. Choose a size that leaves room for the practical parts of the space.

How should I clean my print?

Dust your print with a dry, soft cloth. Don’t use water, cleaners, or solvents, even on HD metal. Keep all print materials out of prolonged direct sun.

Will my metal print arrive ready to hang?

Yes. HD metal arrives with a fitted black rear frame that holds the artwork 1 inch off the wall. The mounting hardware is fitted before the print leaves our studio.

How long will my print take to arrive?

Standard prints take 3–5 business days to produce; extra-large prints take 5–7. Courier transit then adds 2–7 business days. Production and delivery can take longer during peak periods.

Can I return my print if I change my mind?

No. Every piece is printed to order, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the print, packaging, and shipping label; we’ll replace it where possible or refund it if a replacement isn’t possible.
