HD metal is waterproof and humidity-resistant, making it our recommended material for kitchens; keep canvas and framed canvas in dry rooms. Metal also works throughout the home, so a seasonal image on metal can have a place in a living room or bedroom too.

How early should I order art for a holiday or seasonal gift?

Allow 3–5 business days for standard production, or 5–7 for extra-large prints, followed by another 2–7 business days in transit. Peak periods can take longer, so contact us about timing before relying on a particular celebration or gift date.

Does the listed size of a framed print include its frame?

The listed size is the printed area. On framed canvas, the floating frame adds about 1.375 inches per edge, making the overall width and height roughly 2.75 inches (7 cm) larger than the listed size.

Will my seasonal prints arrive ready to hang?

Yes. Canvas and framed canvas arrive with fitted hanging hardware, while HD metal has a fitted black rear frame that holds the print 1 inch from the wall.

Where can you ship seasonal prints?

We offer free standard shipping across Canada and the United States. We don’t currently ship elsewhere; full shipping details are in our shipping policy.

Can I return my seasonal prints if I change my mind?

Every print is made to order, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the print, packaging, and shipping label; we’ll replace it where possible or refund it if a replacement isn’t possible.
