Clive Branson photography for a closer look
Clive Branson Photography, answered
A few practical details for choosing your Clive Branson prints.
Who is Clive Branson?
Clive Branson is an Ottawa photographer whose subjects include florals, classic cars, and landmarks. Look for the individual image that catches your eye, then choose its size and finish for your room.
Should I choose canvas, framed canvas, or HD metal?
Canvas gives artwork a soft sheen, while framed canvas adds a border in satin black, satin white, or natural wood. HD metal brings out colour and fine detail with a semi-gloss finish and works throughout the home, including living rooms, bedrooms, and offices. Its waterproof, humidity-resistant surface also makes it a good choice for bathrooms and kitchens.
How do I choose a print size above furniture?
Around two-thirds of the furniture’s width is a useful starting point, not a strict rule. Above an 84-inch sofa, that means about 56 inches (142 cm) for the whole arrangement, including frames and any gaps. Mark it out on the wall and compare it with the available print sizes.
Can I change an artwork’s shape or orientation?
Each artwork is available in the shape and orientation shown. If you need a horizontal, vertical, or square piece, choose artwork already offered in that format, then select from its listed options.
Will my artwork arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Canvas and framed canvas arrive with a fitted sawtooth hanger, or wire and mounting hardware on larger sizes. HD metal has a hidden 1-inch rear frame that holds the artwork away from the wall.
Where are the prints made?
Every print is made to order in our Toronto, Ontario studio. We print, finish, check, and ship the artwork from there, with framing handled in-house where applicable.
